In 2007, March in Nebraska didn’t exactly arrive as a lion or a lamb… it looked like… and sounded like… a goose or rather geese. To the geese, the meandering waters of the Cedar River that collect behind the Spalding City Dam created the perfect “Bed and Breakfast” habitat for these migrating “Northbound” nomads.
For over a week, as these geese arrived and departed, the embankments bordering the Dam were frequently by those who just had to take a leisurely moment to catch and enjoy a our environment.
The photographs are printed on a heavy 62 lb. pleasing warm tone matte surface made from 100% post-consumer recycled content that has an alkaline pH and buffered for longevity… just what the writer ordered.
This recycled material creates a card and envelope that has a finished size of 4.25” x 5.5”. This set consists of a single card of each “snapshot” illustration.
