To purchase by mail with either a personal check or money order… click on the Order Form button below and a form will print through Adobe Reader.

GIFTS

For celebrating or remembering a special time in life, we can send a gift, either anonymously or identified.

To send a gift, just make a note in the comment box during checkout and include any gift message you’d like added to the order. We’ll happily package it up and send it out.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES

We strive to produce an exceptional product that is a distinct American made product.

We accept exchanges or returns that are a result of our work or production.

PAYMENTS

We accept online payments through PayPal with Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal eCheck.

Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to pay using your credit card.

PayPal allows you to make credit card payments, send an eCheck or make a direct transfer from existing funds or linked bank account. When paying with an eCheck, your order will not ship until PayPal has notified us the funds have cleared our account (usually within 5 business days).

We also accept checks and money orders, if you prefer. A personal check will delay shipping by approximately ten (10) days, but if this is more convenient for you… and you don’t mind the delay, it’s okay.

SHIPPING

We ship USPS and try to do so usually within 2 – 3 business days which exclude weekends and holidays.

Small orders ware shipped First Class while larger orders go via Flat Rate Priority Shipping Box in order to use the most economical and secure shipping for your order.

If a package fails to arrive or arrives damaged, please notify the USPS so that they may handle the situation.

Insurance is not included in your total cost. If desired, please request insurance at checkout.
